Ex-Chairman of Insurer Won't Testify
Robert A. Georgine, the ex-chairman of Ullico, refused to testify before Congress about allegations that the insurer's board members earned more than $6 million through insider trading. Mr. Georgine was forced to resign from Ullico by labor leaders who were upset by his stock dealings.
