The access services department of the Martin P. Catherwood Library provides support for the ILR School community both through the circulation of books and other items in our collections, and by providing course reserve support to faculty and students. The Martin P. Catherwood Library’s collection consists of material, in print, microform and electronic formats, on all aspects of the employment relationship. It is especially strong in the areas of collective bargaining, human resource management, international and comparative industrial relations, labor economics, labor/labor union history and the legal aspects of the employment relationship.
