Treasury Secretary John Snow has said that the outsourcing of American jobs can help make the economy stronger. Snow feels that if the American economy keeps growing and expanding that jobs will be created. The chairman of President Bush's Council of Economic Advisers, N. Gregory Mankiw, stirred controversy when he made similar comments last month.
