Workers' boots made for walking?
As the economy improves and companies are starting to hire, they are also gearing up to combat turnover. According to a July 2003 survey by Spherion, more than half of workers would like to leave their jobs for new opportunities. Companies are implementing new retention programs and some ask employees to sign non-disclosure agreements that bar them from disclosing trade secrets.
