Expansion at companies buoys H.K. employment
            Hong Kong's jobless rate fell to 7 percent last month,  its lowest in more than two years.  This job growth is due to expansion by companies and increased levels of consumer spending.  A survey of 576 Hong Kong employers found that a net 23 percent of companies planned to hire more workers in the third quarter.
