Federal Workers' Union Endorses Kerry
The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), the nation's largest federal workers' union, is endorsing Democrat John Kerry for president. The union is opposed to Bush?s policies concerning an overhaul of the civil service system, collective bargaining rights and annual pay raises. The AFGE will make the announcement at their convention in Pittsburgh.
