Federal Jobs for Disabled Drop
A new annual EEOC report on the federal workforce found that the number of federal employees with severe disabilities has declined by nearly 20 percent over the last decade. This is a significant finding because the federal government is thought to be a model to all other employers for open hiring practices. Experts speculated that federal downsizing and reduced hiring may account for some of this decline.
