More employers are integrating fitness programs into the workplace. Some companies offer on-site fitness centers, while others sponsor off-site gym memberships or Internet or telephone fitness and wellness coaching. These companies see encouraging a healthier lifestyle among employees as a way to control rising healthcare costs.
