Daimler Bosses May Give Up Pay if Workers Agree to Cuts
DaimlerChrysler is looking to cut labor costs at their Sindelfingen plant by asking employees to work more hours for the same pay. Workers have staged walkouts in protest of this, stalling production of some Mercedes-Benz cars. A company spokesman announced on Sunday that management is willing to give up some pay if workers agree to the cost-cutting plan.
