More CEOs Plan to Lift Spending, Study Says
According to a survey released by the Business Roundtable, the nation's leading chief executives plan to increase hiring and spending over the next six months. This corporate confidence is surprising given the summer?s slow economic growth and job creation. However, economists are expecting an economic rebound by the end of the year, and employers seem optimistic about this.
