A study by management consultancy AT Kearney found that Malaysia is emerging as one of the premier outsourcing destinations. India and China are currently the top outsourcing spots. Malaysia is an attractive alterative because of its well-developed infrastructure, attractive business environment and strong government support. However, a drawback of using Malaysia as an outsourcing hub is the limited size and quality of its workforce.
