Although getting a tattoo or a body piercing is a popular way for many people to express their individuality, they may pose a problem upon entering the workforce. Although some workplaces have relaxed their standards when it comes to office attire, many companies have policies banning employees from displaying tattoos or body piercings. It is suggested that those who choose to get tattoos figure out a way to cover them up when they are at work.
