Although the overhaul of California?s workers' compensation system was promised to bring about billions of dollars in savings, there has been disagreement over how the complex rules should be implemented. It seems that businesses may have to wait longer than expected to see savings in their workers? comp bills. However, several politicians say that eventually the changes to the system will lead to reduced costs.
