Unite Here, which is involved in a labor dispute with nine Los Angeles area hotels, is suing Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. alleging unfair labor practices. According to the union, workers at two hotels managed by Starwood were denied mandatory meal and rest breaks. Contract talks have been placed on hold in the meantime.
