Merrill Exec to Testify in Sex Bias Case
Former Merrill Lynch executive Stephanie Villalba is suing the investment bank for sex discrimination and unfair dismissal. Villalba, who worked out of Merrill?s London offices, claims that she was treated differently and eventually forced out of her job because she was a woman. Merrill denies all accusations and plans to defend itself in court.
