Graduating college seniors find themselves in a good position as economic recovery and baby-boomer retirement have led to increased recruitment by companies. Hot fields include technology, investment banking and consulting. According to a new survey from the National Association of Colleges and Employers, college hiring is expected to increase 13 percent over last year.
