DaimlerChrysler Named in Second Suit
A second former employee has filed a whistleblower lawsuit against DaimlerChrysler . Christine Holtzmann, former administrator of Chrysler's Business Practices Office, claims that she was fired after the company ignored reports of accounting fraud. The Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating these allegations as well as those of another former Chrysler employee.
