Baby Boomers adapt to having baby bosses
According to the Department of Labor the number of people ages 20 to 34 in executive positions has surged from 4.8 million in 1994 to almost 8 million. As an increasing number of younger workers move into management positions, baby boomers must adapt to a changing work environment. Stereotypes on both sides of the age divide can hinder a good working relationship.
