Wal-Mart closes store as union's push gains
Wal-Mart has announced that it will close a store in Jonquiere, Quebec where about 200 workers are near winning the first-ever union contract. Wal-Mart claims that union demands would make it impossible for the store to stay in business. Union leaders say that the move was rooted in anti-union sentiment and have vowed to fight.
