Firms Taking Action Against Worker Blogs
As ?blogging?, or keeping an online journal, becomes more common among Americans, employers struggle with how to regulate what workers say about their jobs. Some employees have been fired for commenting about their workplace in these blogs. This is not considered a violation of workers? right to free speech because private employers are free to fire at will in most states.
