Stroger out to choke off extreme OT
In an effort to curb costs, the Cook County Board President has proposed limiting an employee from working more than 20 hours of overtime per week. However, the proposed resolution may face employee opposition, with workers citing a current nursing shortage as an indicator that copious overtime is needed.
