Union leaders for the Radio City Music Hall orchestra reached an agreement with management yesterday on a new contract. The musicians, members of Local 802 of the American Federation of Musicians, were informed of the agreement at a meeting last night, but it was unclear when a final ratification vote would be taken. Union members who attended the meeting declined to discuss terms of the tentative pact.
