Computer giant Dell announced plans to increase its Indian workforce to 20,000 in the next three years, 5,000 more than it had initially announced in January. Dell already operates three call centers and two testing and development units in India, and is currently in negotiation with Indian officials regarding the location of their proposed production facility.
