The Workplace: How to cope with a boss who meddles too much
How should you deal with a new boss who constantly meddles in your work? Number one, be patient. Try to understand why your boss feels the need to nag you when all you want is to get some good hard work done. Speak up if you're feeling suffocated, but do it in a positive and respectful way. Accept short-term annoyances on the chance that you can become independent later, at which point you may get fired.
