State court jurors are being asked to assess damages of at least $62 million against Wal-Mart after finding the nation's biggest retailer broke Pennsylvania labor laws by forcing employees to work off the clock and through rest breaks. The jury returned a verdict against Wal-Mart on Thursday in a class-action lawsuit that would cover up to 187,000 hourly current and former workers. They were due to take up the damages issue on Friday in Common Pleas Court.
