Parents Scramble to Find Childcare During Seattle Teachers' Strike
The Seattle teachers' strike is now entering its third day. Approximately 5,000 support staff and teachers walked off the job on Wednesday disrupting the start of the school-year for 53,000 students. Parents are now forced to pay as much as $60 a day to put their children in daycare. Some centers have as many as 20 students on a wait list.
