Costco Latest to Hike its Minimum Wage
Despite the fact that Costco has become known for its "worker-friendly policies", the company has yet to increase its employees wages since Congress ruled to increase the federal minimum wage. Costco reportedly reviews its employees wages every three years. While it typically only raises the top of its pay-scale, the company said that it will increase its base pay by as much as $1.50 per hour at this review.
