The World Happiness Report, which was published on the United Nation's International Day of Happiness, explores how someone's work can shape their happiness levels. The report finds that happiness is both a personal and economic issue. The report found that both white collar workers and managers tended to be happier than blue collar individuals. The World Happiness Report found that pay, non-monetary aspects of work, country, and unemployment rates all also impacted happiness levels
