Study: Understanding Millennials In The Workplace - Many Misconceptions Unmasked
Research conducted by Fit Small Business suggests that many preconceptions about what millennials value in a workplace are incorrect. In March 2017, a survey of over 600 Americans aged 18+ revealed that millennials don't want equity stakes in their companies, are willing to travel, and are less likely than their elders to leave a job because of a mean boss. Instead, the top priority for millennials was healthcare. Millennials account for 35% of the workforce and Fit Small Business hopes its research will help companies recruit and retain the demographic.
