Flight attendant union leader responds to recent in-flight scuffle
This morning, the president of the Association of Professional Flight Attendants, Bob Ross, addressed a recent controversy involving an American Airlines flight attendant. A viral video recently showed an incident where a flight attendant almost hit a woman when he aggressively grabbed her stroller. American Airlines suspended the flight attendant, issued the woman a full refund, as well as a voucher for $1,000 and an upgrade to first class. Ross stressed that the event was "not indicative of the other 26,000 attendants" the union represents.
