A new survey by the American Psychological Association revealed that 54 percent of workers are talking about politics in the workplace - a six percent increase since September. These political conversations are reducing productivity and quality, while increasing hostility; however, 30 percent of respondents believe the debates develop closer bonds between their co-workers.
