Based on surveys suggesting that poor collaboration causes significant failures at work, the Sub Rosa design company developed a deck of cards aimed to foster dialogue between employees. The card set, called “Questions and Empathy”, has 49 cards that combine questions and “empathy archetypes” intended to bring individuals’ opinions and feelings into the workplace. The card game met with success during tests at West Point and Eileen Fisher.
