Court OKs Delphi Labor Settlements
Auto parts giant Delphi got welcome relief in its bankruptcy hearings Thursday when it reached settlement agreements with four of its labor unions. The deals include workforce transition coverage, legacy pensions and other transformational costs. The new labor pacts leave only the steelworkers union without a deal with Delphi.
