Office conditions leave room for improvement
According to a recent survey, one third of office workers queried have accepted or left a position based on basic working conditions, including temperature and cleanliness. But while three-quarters of respondents said the overall condition of their offices affected both their opinion of their employers and their likelihood to stick with their job, experts say that complaints about conditions are usually symptomatic of a more fundamental disconnect between workers and management.
