Unions gear up for March anti-cuts rally
Britain's unions are planning a rally in London for March. The rally will be against the cuts that are expected to take place on October 20. Some union leaders wanted to plan the rally for October, but others argued that they will get more support in March, when communities are feeling the effects of the spending cuts. The rally will be coordinated by the Trades Union Congress. Some unions have proposed earlier days of action, including October 20.
