Labor board flexes muscle, to chagrin of business
While labor advocates claim that the National Labor Relations Board is now doing its job effectively, businesses claims that the Board is going too far. The reason for these claims is that the NLRB has been reevaluating pro-business decisions from the Bush-era. Further, the Board has recently been coming down hard on businesses that discharge workers during organizing campaigns.
