NBA Players, Owners to Meet Again Thursday
As the termination of the bargaining agreement between NBA players and their owners nears, one last meeting is set to take place on Thursday before the deadline, mere hours following the engagement. After meeting Tuesday, the owners have voted not to ban players but they are still waiting on a proposal by the players? association. The unions, one of the highest paid in the sports industry is likewise waiting on a contract between the players and owners so that they may suggest their own end of the deal to more equally distribute profits among teams.
