People familiar with the negotiations: NFL deal reached early Monday, players set to vote
The NFL Player?s Association will be voting today to accept the terms of the finalized deal with the team owners, effectively ending the lockout. If approved by the Association?s executive committee, clubs will be able to start signing draft picks as early as tomorrow. The terms of the collective bargaining agreement include an economic framework for dividing the $9b in annual league revenues and a new salary system for first-round draft picks.
