Suit claims non-Hispanic hotel workers fired in CO
A lawsuit filed with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleges that a Colorado hotel fired white and non-Hispanic employees because they though they were lazy, and replaced them with Hispanic workers. The employees who filed the lawsuit say that they were told they were fired because management had the impression that non-Hispanic employees did not work as hard. The EEOC says that the case is unusual because discrimination is normally alleged by non-minority workers.
