Workers Report Pressure on Ethics Rules as Retaliation Rises
A survey shows that workers face more pressure to violate corporate rules, and that they face retaliation if they blow the whistle. 13% of workers, an increase from 8%, said that they were pressured to break rules, and that retaliation was more common. While employees also say that companies are watching them closely, some report that their companies are increasing information about ethics.
