Manufacturing in U.S. Expands at Fastest Pace in Six Months
New surveys show that manufacturing in December grew at the fastest pace in six months. Experts say that demand for automobile, as well as holiday shopping helps to account for the increase. manufacturing accounts for about 12% of the economy. Economists also say that they expect further gains in the next few months.
