Human Costs Are Built Into an iPad
Attention on Apple and other technology companies continue as questions about the workers who make the products are asked. While Apple has released the names of its supplier factories, and the results of its own audits, critics say that the company could have been doing more to fix the problems which they found. Executives and factories say that Apple's desire for profits and quick turnaround on products helps to contribute to the poor working conditions found in many of the plants.
