As part of the federal budget, the president has asked Congress to create an $8 billion fund that would help train community college students by linking them with businesses that are looking to hire. The president said that fund could benefit 2 million workers. The sectors that the fund would target are high-growth industries like health care and transportation. The president said that the fund would be a good thing for both the workers and businesses.
