Kenya health workers agree with government to end 2-week strike
After striking for two weeks, Kenyan nurses have agreed to go back to work. The nurses reached an agreement with the the government to rescind their threat to fire 25,000 nurses for striking. The government said that it would address demands for increased pay at the next budget cycle. The nurses' strike severely impacted public hospitals in Africa.
