Feeling Emboldened, More Workers Are Willing to Quit
A new report shows that more workers are willing to leave their jobs. Despite lower employment numbers in March and an unemployment rate of 8.2%, workers say that they would be willing to leave their employers. The report found that in February over half of all job separations were voluntary for the first time since September 2008. Economists say that the figures indicate worker confidence in the economic recovery, but that a full recovery will take time.
