Hiring survey: More companies holding out for 'right' employee
A new survey finds that many companies need new employees, but are hiring them slowly. About a third of all employers need skilled workers, but companies say that they want the right people to fill positions. Many of those who say that they have open positions also reported that they were able to work with fewer employees.
