Union Gets New Election At a Target
A federal judge has ordered a new union election at a Target store in New York State. The judge found the previous vote to be invalid, citing the intimidation of workers and other unfair labor practices. Workers voted against the union in the previous vote 137 to 85. Target says that they are disappointed with the ruling and disagree with the judge. They may appeal the ruling.
