Pilgrim, union sign 4-year pact; lockout ends
Workers at a Massachusetts nuclear plant have a approved a four year contract. The agreement ended a month long lockout. The agreement contains wage increases, pension benefits. Negotiations centered around health care and contract work. The company locked out its workers in early June, after a temporary extension expired. The company said that they were worried about a strike, and ran the plant with managers and replacements. Workers are expected to return by Wednesday.
