Mexico workers protest labor overhaul bill
Mexican workers are protesting a planned law that would change regulations for labor unions. While the law's aim is to make unions more accountable, workers say that it could also take away dome of the few protections they do have. The law would allow workers to be fired after a training period, restrict strikes, and provide for secret ballot elections within unions. Supporters of the law say that labor reform is needed, and that this will help workers.
