According to a new report, a Chinese factory producing for Samsung employed workers under the age of 16. The report also found forced overtime and poor working conditions at the factory. The group says that some factories will create fake ids for workers in order to use younger workers. Samsung audited its Chinese suppliers earlier this year in response to similar reports. They said that they found no underage workers, but were taking steps to correct forced overtime and other practices by the end of the year. The company denied that it was possible for there to be underage workers in the factory.
